smoke it for up to 22 hours, until it's falling off the bone. We
have more than 40 homemade barbeque sauces for you to taste,
and we serve up our barbeque with fresh side dishes, never frozen.
We have done some extensive traveling, and have menus and pictures
from everywhere we've been. You'll always hear blues music playing
